About Me
My name is Rashad Aridi, a UI/UX and Motion Designer with a background in graphic design. Before specializing in UI/UX and motion design, and during my academic studies at university, I worked on various projects, including branding, editorial and advertising design, illustration, comics, video editing, motion graphics, 2D animation, and character design.
After graduating, I enrolled in a Motion Graphics course at Design in Motion School. Following that, I worked on several local motion graphics and video editing projects. Later, I enrolled in the SE Factory 9-week bootcamp.
After exploring different fields of design, I found my passion in UI/UX and Motion Graphics. I enjoy UI/UX because of its interactive nature and its focus on creating meaningful experiences for users, while I appreciate Motion Graphics for its ability to engage audiences and bring ideas to life. I am passionate about creating digital experiences that combine strong visual communication with usability, helping businesses grow through functional and engaging websites.
Outside of design, I am also an Oud player with more than 14 years of experience and have been teaching for about 6 years. I have performed with the Lebanese Oriental Youth Orchestra, the LAU Music Committee, and our own musical orchestra.
